All WellBeings orders are shipped United States Postal Service (USPS) priority shipping. We ship within the United States except to the following states: California, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Washington, D.C. No international shipping is available at this time.
Orders totaling $75 or more will receive free shipping. Orders totaling less than $75 will be charged $7 for shipping. Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping.

In some circumstances WellBeings may provide a product replacement. Determination and issuance of a product replacement will be handled by a WellBeings customer service representative.
To receive a replacement product, a request must be made within 30 days of product purchase. The request may only be initiated by an adult over he age of 18 that can provide proof of purchase.
To initiate a replacement request, contact customer service at email@example.com, or call 1-866-955-2647. Please be sure to have your proof o f purchase (receipt and order number), reason for request, and have the product on hand. Additional information may be requested.
